Table salt
The Murray River, crosses a fossil sea covered with clay, in a place called the Murray Darling Basin. The clay water is pumped from the river and taken to salt marshes. This salt, slowly dried in the sun, has a pink color given by the earth.
Usage tips
This salt is particularly soft and delicate and will therefore lend itself to seasoning refined dishes, noble fish, shellfish, fine poultry, veal, salads and steamed vegetables.
