Vanillas

The Vanillas that we offer are in whole, unsplit beans. These are black vanillas (Gourmet first category) with a moisture content ranging from 30 to 38%.

We have selected the best vintages from the most demanding plantations. In addition, we keep them in our vanilla cellar, thus guaranteeing the optimal conditions to preserve their quality and maturation.
