Recipe for 6 people

Preparation time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 250g semi-salted butter
  • 200g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 70g flour
  • A teaspoon of red long pepper pearl

RECIPE STEP

  3. Then add the sugar and the pearl of long pepper and mix again.
  4. It is the turn of the flour, add it in several times to avoid lumps.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the eggs before adding them to the mixture. Mix gently.
  6. Pour the mixture into a silicone dish or a classic dish lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes. Leave to rest for at least an hour at room temperature.
